Tasks:

  • Monitoring of releases, delivery dates and volumes as well as processing of complaints
  • Preparation and distribution of information related to your activities for internal and external stakeholders
  • Technical support for external and internal customers as well as commercial clarification

  • Completed studies in the field of business engineering with a focus on supply technology or mechanical engineering
  • Alternatively: state-certified technician
  • Experience in the field of building services / measurement, control and regulatory technology

Tasks:

  • Personal and virtual consultation of our customers in plant construction, specialised trades, planning, architecture, and specialised trade
  • Project and customer acquisition via the development (selection & sizing) of solutions for projects with a view to the TROX solution portfolio
  • Preliminary planning of systems
  • Coordination with the internal contacts in the TROX Group
  • Preparation of quotations
  • Conducting project negotiations with our customers and partners
  • Active market observation
  • Contribution to the improvement of our solutions and products

Competencies:

  • Completed university or college degree with a focus on supply technology, engineering
  • Certified state technician training
  • Several years of professional experience
  • Profound knowledge in the field of ventilation and air conditioning / TGA
  • Experience with common programs for the design of TGA solutions
